Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Amendments: It is required that you must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or amend your appointment. Failure to do so with less than 24 hours’ notice or if you fail to attend your appointment for any reason, the full session fee is payable.   If you cancel your appointment by providing sufficient notice, you have the right to transfer any balance paid to a more convenient time and date free of charge. Customer Confidentiality and GDPR: Any data provided to The Injury Clinic is strictly confidential and will not be shared without the individuals consent to do so.
